Temporary activities sponsor
The application must identify the person who agreed to be the applicant's approved sponsor, and that person must already be a temporary activities sponsor.

Non-Commonwealth agency sponsor
If the identified sponsor is not a Commonwealth agency, it must already have made a training nomination that is approved, has not ceased and is identified in the visa application.

The approved-nomination prerequisites in table item 5 do not apply where the identified sponsor is a Commonwealth agency.
